A wonderful class for those just starting out, or those
getting back into 'wellness'.
All Ages & no experience needed
FAMILY TIME YOGA OR PILATES
A yoga or pilates class for parents to participate with their
children. Children must be old enough to take direction & not be
disruptive in class. This will be a flow yoga style, integrating props &
using the yoga wall. All levels welcome
KIDS YOGA
A yoga class geared for children to start them learning the importance of stretching and
alignment.
PILATES MAT & PROPS
Traditional pilates mat, integrating the barrel, rings, balls, arc,
& Conditioning rollers, springwork on the yoga wall & much more!
Beginner & Intermediate Level
STILLWATERS BOOTCAMP
Our newest class that is sure to kick start your fitness regime. Incorporates cardio, Yoga &
Pilates to strengthen, align and create a healthier you!
TRE GROUP
60 minute TRE group class : no experience needed
TRE & YOGA
After a 60 minute yoga mat & wall practice, Donna will incorporate a
45minute TRE session.
ZUMBA
An exhilarating, effective, easy to follow Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness routine.
